Reputation:
God is going to use everything - even the stuff you're not proud of, if you offer it to Him
Sometimes you're running from a defeated foe
God wants you to remember His reputation
God's reputation should be the basis of your faith, not your own reputation
How big is the gap between your reality and your reputation? (think about online representation)
The world wants reputation without repetition
God's reputation: He helps, gives mercy, grace, forgiveness (etc.) over and over and over again
Don't let someone else misrepresent God and run you away from the church
We have a faithful God who trusts his reputation to a faithless people
Sometimes, getting too many opinions can crowd out the voice of God
God can use an enemy to show you who you are
The enemy cannot do anything without God's permission
Do you have a reputation in Heaven? Are you walking with Him during trouble?
God didn't change Rahab before he used her. This doesn't excuse bad behavior. The love of God is not the reward for change; it is the resource by which you can change.
God's forgiveness is limitless and there is nowhere it won't go
When shame comes against you, remember that Rahab had nothing to offer but her faith
Have you developed a relationship with yourself that doesn't match your reputation in Heaven?
You can be chosen and loved and have an assignment from God. The reason the spies didn't go in wasn't because of how they saw God, it was because of how they saw themselves
When you don't know who you are, you depend on the rest of the world to tell you - but don't worry, God specializes in our imperfections
